Tech Marvels Unleashed at IIT Delhi’s TRYST 2024

In the heart of India’s capital, the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi) recently hosted TRYST 2024, a grand tech fest that brought together enthusiasts, innovators, and industry leaders from around the world. From enchanting guest lectures to learning hands-on skills through workshops, from engaging departmental activities and competitions to exploring science as never seen before, TRYST had it all. We reached there on time by our school bus.

There were numerous exhibitions including some organized by Car Street, Rancho Labs, Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) showcasing models of PSLV &Gaganyan and Inter-University Accelerator Centre (IUAC). Moreover, there was a Jenga station for fun interaction.

The festival featured intriguing exhibitions showcasing the newest innovations and breakthroughs. From prototype demonstrations to interactive displays, attendees received a firsthand peek at the future of technology. There was also a STARTUP Expo where the attendees got to interact with people of various emerging businesses and learn more about them. The Startups included Infinity Hyperloop, Clinically, Medulance, Maphood, Integra, ImmerseAI, SPACETAXI, Airober, π pie matrix and many more.

Competitive spirit was strong as participants competed for the highest scores in different tech competitions including robotics championship, coding challenges, and a lot more. Our school, Seth AnandramJaipuria Ghaziabad, participated in one of the competitions which was RoboSoccer where the players competed in teams of two in order to win by playing soccer using self-made robotic cars.

TRYST was more than just a three day tech-fest. It was an opportunity for students to connect with like-minded people, participate in intriguing competitions, increase their self-knowledge and ignite their passion for science, technology and management. The day was filled with learning, competition, and inspiration.

One lesson gleaned from this event is that the future of technology appears promising, and it is within our grasp to seize the opportunities that await us. I am keen to attend more festivals like this in the future.
