Sheetal Sharma, Head of the Career Counselling Department at Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, is an experienced counsellor and career coach with over 15 years of expertise in guiding and mentoring students. With a strong academic foundation in psychology and career counselling, she is dedicated to helping students identify their strengths, build meaningful profiles, and make informed academic and career decisions.
Her approach combines psychological insight, structured mentoring and motivational guidance to support students in navigating career pathways and university admissions with confidence and clarity.

Ms. Nidhi Madura
Career Counsellor
Nidhi Madura is a seasoned Career Counselor and a Soft Skills Trainer with over 26 years of diverse professional experience, including more than nine years dedicated to career counseling.
She holds an MBA and a Global Career Counselor Certification from Univariety and UCLA Extension, providing her with a strong foundation in career development theories and counselling techniques. Nidhi specializes in overseas admissions, helping students achieve their aspirations of studying abroad.
Adopting a client-centered approach, she listens to individual aspirations and challenges, creating a supportive environment that fosters self-reflection and growth. With a proven track record, Nidhi has empowered many individuals to make meaningful career decisions and achieve professional fulfilment.
