Melange 2025: A Celebration of Innovation, Empathy, and Excellence at Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Vasundhara

Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, successfully hosted its flagship inter-school techno-literary fest, Mélange 2025, on November 7th and 8th, 2025. The two-day event brought together over 900 students from 45 leading schools across Delhi-NCR, creating an inspiring platform where technology, art, and empathy harmoniously converged.

The grand opening ceremony was graced by Ms. Richa Anirudh, celebrated journalist, news anchor, talk show host, author, and editor, as the Chief Guest. In her address, Ms. Anirudh emphasized the importance of preserving human connection in the digital age, urging students to “master AI and technology instead of becoming slaves to it.” She also stressed the significance of giving time to one’s family and nurturing real-world relationships alongside digital pursuits.

Ms. Shalini Nambiar, Director Principal, while addressing the audience, spoke about the philosophy behind Mélange, describing it as “a festival that celebrates the synergy of intellect and empathy, technology and humanity.” She encouraged participants to innovate with compassion and use technology as a means to uplift lives. Also present at the inaugural function was Mr. Harish Sanduja, Director of Schools, who lauded the school’s ongoing efforts to empower learners with 21st-century skills.

The fest featured a diverse range of over 40 events integrating robotics, AI, innovation, design, and creative arts. Among these, Impactathon, the 24-hour hackathon, stood out as a highlight—challenging participants to ideate, prototype, and pitch solutions addressing global sustainability goals. Other exciting events such as Virtual Warriors, Drone Race, Inspire.AI, Greenovation, Battle of Prompts, and Science Shark Tank saw spirited participation and innovative brilliance. Creative segments like Palette Pursuit, Kalakriti, and The Sculpture Soirée added color, expression, and artistry to the technological celebration.

The closing ceremony on November 8th was graced by Mr. Ratnesh Mishra, General Manager, Burlington English India Pvt. Ltd., as the Chief Guest. Commending the participants for their futuristic outlook, he emphasized how such platforms nurture critical thinking and collaborative innovation among youth.

The fest concluded on a high note with the announcement of winners across various categories. The Rolling Trophy of Mélange 2025 was awarded to Vanasthali public school, which showcased outstanding performance across multiple domains.
