FEE INSTRUCTIONS:-

1. At the time of admission, fee is payable by bank draft/Pay order only, at the school office. Refund of fee on withdrawal will be as per the school policy.
2. Fee is to be paid in advance for every three months before the 20th of the first month. Fee once paid is not refundable, unless specified otherwise.
3. Quarterly fee is payable by cheque/ Demand Draft/ Online/ through the school ERP app upto 20th of the first month of the quarter in which the payment falls due.
4. If the cheque is returned, then the parent has to pay Rs.500/- as Bank Charges.
5. Pay order or Demand Draft should be in favor SETH ANANDRAM JAIPURIA SCHOOL,payable at the local banks Ghaziabad.
6. Fine for late Payment after due date: Late Fee @ Rs 50/- per day will be charges as a penalty after the due date which is 20th of the month till 3rd month of the quarter (i.e. Jan, Sep, Dec, March). The Name of the student will be struck off the school roll if the due amount is not cleared till 20th of the 3rd month of the quarter (i.e. Jan, Sep, Dec, March). the student will be allowed to continue with the school after the due fee along with Re- admission charges of Rs 5000/- is paid.
7. Students of Grades X and XII have to clear the fees for the complete session by 20th January.
