CBSE Class 12th History Exam Analysis 2023: Students rate paper moderate, check complete analysis below

Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE Class 12th History exam was concluded at 1:30 pm today. Students and experts have rated the paper to be of moderate difficulty level. As per the initial reactions shared by studnets, some questions were lengthy and overall paper was time consuming. CBSE conducted the Class 12th History exam from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. CBSE Class 12th History Exam Analysis 2023

CBSE 12th History exam included 5 sections and the paper was of total of 80 marks. Students were supposed to answer the questions as per the mentioned word limit.

As per the exam analysis shared by the students, the paper was moderate. MCQ-based questions were scored. However, some sections included lengthy questions.

As per the expert analysis shared by Chinmaya Chauhan, PGT History, Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Ghaziabad, Class XII History board exam question paper was a balanced one. It had a mix of easy and moderately difficult questions. The paper covered the entire scope of the syllabus and the questions were asked in a language that was simple and straightforward. In fact, the questions were crafted with precision to check the conceptual clarity of students. I’m confident that the students who prepared well will score well

The paper gave students a fair chance to demonstrate their knowledge and understanding skills. The exam pattern & difficulty level was similar to that of the CBSE sample paper except the image based question. Students with in-depth textbook knowledge should easily score above 75% to 80%.

CBSE Class 12th History Question Paper 2023

CBSE 12th History paper included 5 sections and each section has different type of questions. As per the CBSE sample paper, the CBSE History exam included, MCQs of 1 mark, Short Answer Type Questions of 3 marks, Long Answer Type Questions of 8 marks, Source based questions of 12 marks and map-based questions pf 5 marks.
